The Pillar management team has worked together for decades.
The Pillar team is comprised of individuals with 10 to over 38 years prior experience. The team has been working together over 10 years and has experience with some of the industry's leading companies such as BP, Texaco, Pioneer, Sun/Oryx and Halliburton to name a few.
Jon Glass, CEO
With over 38 years in the upstream E&P industry, Jon has served in senior executive positions over the last 25 years for the Cinco companies, United Oil & Minerals, Brigham Exploration, Santa Fe Minerals.
Ed Travis, President
With over 34 years in the upstream E&P industry, Ed has served in senior executive positions over the last 22 years for the Cinco companies, LaRoche Petroleum Consultants and Wynn Crosby. He also worked with Netherland, Sewell & Assoc., BP Exploration (Alaska) and Tenneco Oil E&P in senior technical positions.
Craig Pollard, Executive VP of Exploration
With over 35 years in the upstream industry, Craig has served in senior level and management positions for the last 25 years for the Cinco companies and United Oil & Minerals, He also worked in senior technical positions at Brigham Exploration and Sun/Oryx.
Matt Huskinson, VP of Operations
Matt has over 12 years of industry experience serving in technical and operational roles within various entities throughout the upstream and service side of the Oil and Gas Industry. He has worked conventional and unconventional projects ranging from exploration to full field development throughout the lower 48. Matt holds a B.S. in Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Nick Parrillo, VP of Evaluations & Development
Nick has 10+ years of upstream industry experience serving in various technical and operational roles within the Cinco entities. He has worked unconventional projects ranging from exploration to full field development in the Eagle Ford Shale, Arkoma Basin, and Powder River Basin. Nick holds a B.S. in Geology as well as an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Ryan Cowgill, VP of Land
With over a decade of experience in the upstream E&P industry, Ryan has worked in various senior legal and land positions. Prior to joining the Pillar team, he served as an officer of Saddle Operating, LLC, worked as in-house landman at EXCO Resources, LLC, and practiced oil and gas law.
