The Pillar Team has extensive experience in all phases of assembling and development of unconventional resource plays across multiple basins in the US Onshore.   The Team has been active in the EFS of South Texas since 2009, operating in every phase of the play.  Successfully employing strategies of green field leasing, production acquisitions and development drilling has yielded excellent returns on asset divestments totaling over $460MM since late 2014. Some operational highlights achieved by this Team in the EFS are: 

• Leased, traded & acquired over 40,000+/- net acres comprised of 1,600+/- mineral owners in Atascosa, Live Oak and Karnes Counties Texas
• Developed producing assets in all hydrocarbon phases of the EFS play (oil, volatile oil, dry gas phase windows)
• Drilled (65) operated wells and identified over 400 drilling locations on projects assembled in the EFS play
• Leaders in implementing the most advanced operational practices including, slick-water fracs, zipper fracs well pairs, diverters, nano-surfactants, and electric submersible pumps
• Advanced operational practices led to 40% increase of well EURs versus historical offset well performance
